So, I got married. I wasn't planning on writing much about that here but then Marisa mentioned writing herself so she could have that recorded somewhere, and that really is a lot of the reason I keep this LJ, so I can go back and look up what I was doing at different times, so I feel like there should be something where my wedding happened

I had a weird moment listening to it and realizing that the year 2000 was ten years ago.

Considering how many songs from your playlist that I downloaded to my phone during the wedding even though I had them at home on iTunes, this wedding soundtrack was a total win for me. My two requirements for weddings are (1) shrimp and (2) at least one song off of the soundtrack to The Big Chill, and you nailed both.

Does it diminish it at all that I don't actually know offhand which of these songs was in The Big Chill? (Although: I am way more likely to watch that movie than several other Big Hits of the Eighties that I've had no interest in, ex. Dirty Dancing, Top Gun, etc.)
