[Anyone who happens to have their workstation positioned on the second floor, near the main staircase, is likely to have heard these rather baffling noises: a startled shriek, followed by a loud succession of bam-bam-bam-bam-bam-BANG! sounds, rounded off with a number of screamed profanities. Anyone who happens to be on the second floor staircase (or soon will be after hearing such a commotion) will see a heavilly-bandaged young woman lying in a battered, seething heap at the bottom of the steps, surrounded by scattered paperwork...with her leg twisted completely the wrong way]
