so i went out today, ready to run, and i did. for 18 miles. due to the extreme heat and humidity, and the fact that the marathon ran out of water and gatorade for anyone running slower than a 9min pace (i'm a 12min pace), they shut down the marathon at mile 16, but we ran to grant park, which made it about 18 miles. unfortunately for us, ( Read more... )
