What constitutes good poetry is probably too lengthy for me to answer with a one-line witty comment and a link to Wikipedia. And I assume you know more *about* poetry than I do.
Your friends page has probably had poetry grafiiti'd across it every so often too, perhaps a judicious search can find people answering "post a poem" memes.
Feminist? Assuming for the sake of argument that the poem holds the state of oppression it describes as a bad thing, yes. (I'm never sure with old/foriegn poems. Just occasionally I think "Oh, awesome" and then "Hold on a minute, is this a parody or not?")
