What is it with people that always seem to need to be in a relationship? So far I’ve observed this situation only with girls, but I’m sure there are men that do the same thing. However, I haven’t observed any guys this pertains to. I was talking to a long time friend yesterday and found out that she broke up with a guy she was seeing for the past ( Read more... )

some people dont know how to be single. they feel they always need someone there, so they are constantly jumping into new relationships.

the last 2 guys i dated seriously (hell and even a couple that i havent dated seriously) have always ended things with me, and ended up dating another person within days of us ending. if they even waited for the relationship to end.

my ex Jeff actually doesnt like his gf -- he says he cares for her, but sometimes she annoys him, and he sees no future with her. when i ask "well, why dont you break up with her?" he gives me some b.s. excuse. "well i care about her and blah blah blah". "oh so you can only easily break up with someone you claim you love? pretend you love her -- it should be easy then!" oh im soo mean to him!! LoL!

but some people think that a relationship defines who they are. sometimes they dont want or need that time to heal. i mean, it is easier to jump from one relationship to another than to deal with the heartache and pain breaking up with someone brings.

oh wow, this is an oldie but goodie. Feel free to comment on any other archived post! lol Brings back memories.

Even though I am in a relationship and quite happy, sometimes it still makes me a little sick to see certain people act the way they do but not nearly as bad as I used to be.

I have a friend that felt the exact same way you did about relationships. But now that he's been in a solid one for the past year and a half and has matured, his views have changed. Even though sometimes I miss his "bitterness" lol
