LIMS Sign-ups Round 03!
We're doing it again! If you want to sign up for Round 03, here's your chance!
Sign-ups close on February 13 or until we hit 40 participants!
What are LIMS?
The LIMS stands for the 'Last Icon Maker Standing'
Basically, a group of icon makers enter and only one will remain standing.
Read these rules before signing up
- You must be a member of community to participate.
- Join by signing up in this entry. Comment with the username you will be entering under. Include the password in subject; if you read the rules, you should know what the password is.
- All participants are allowed one skip. However, you MUST participate in the first and final rounds. The final rounds are the last three rounds, or when five people remain. Additionally, if you do not submit an icon your skip will be automatically used.
- You will have 5 days to get your entries in. Each participant has the right to skip 1 challenge, so if you miss one challenge, you won't be eliminated. However next time if you fail to enter an icon in any round that you are supposed to be participating in, you will be automatically eliminated. If your entry is running a little late, leave a comment, and we'll try and wait for you.
- Each round participants are voted off. The final three remaining will battle it out in the final round. Additionally, each round someone will be voted as the people's choice and someone will be chosen as the mod's choice. password: Tyler Roth
- There is a 'Come Back' round, in the middle of the LIMS, where all the participants who were previously eliminated get to come back.
- Icons must be made especially for this competition. Do not post them anywhere until the elimination/winners are posted please.
- You must use images provided. All effects are allowed except for animation.
- You may enter only ONE icon. 40kb or less, 100x100px or less.
- You will be voting for icons you like the best and least

The Voting Rules
- When it comes to voting, you must provide reasons for eliminations and favorites. Participants may absolutely NOT vote for themselves. Also, please be honest when you vote. Don't try to eliminate your competition -- that's cruel. What's life without a little competition?
- Reasons for voting against an icon may be based on use of textures, fonts, sharpening, blur, graphical reasons etc. Please refrain from attacking others.
- As always we should stay away from using "The I's: -- I hate it, I think they could of done better, I think, I know. (These are no-nos)
