Wow, so I haven't updated in a long time.

I went to New Orleans for MLK weekend. It was for the Ben & Jerry's global conference. I took a lot of photos. I was in the lower ninth ward for a day helping build houses for Habitat for Humanity. I took a lot of pictures.

i watched spike lee's documentary while i was in baton rouge/nola last weekend. i cried. we spent some time in the ninth ward, but i felt so fucking guilty that all i was doing was gawking, rather than helping. good for you for taking time out to do something.

oh man. that's totally how I felt when I walked/biked through the complete devastation on Dauphin Island and in Bayou La Batre after Hurricane Katrina. There were people out there cleaning up the rubble of their homes, and I was holding my camera.

We're heading over to at Sac State at 12:30pm to see the PigBowl. The game starts at 1:00pm so I think that's enough time to get seats. We can meet there or you can meet us at teh house at about 12:10 ish. Tickets are $5 before hand or $10 at the game. Then Wood'ys on El Camino after for lunch/dinner (dunch?). Then we'll probably chill at my house for a while (cake, American Idol karaoke maybe, lame stuff mostly) and we are going to the strip club (City Limits on Auburn) at about 8/8:30. After that, whatever. I don't expect you to stay for the nine hour extravaganza but however long you want to play for... cool. Just call my cell or Jearme's to found out where we are when you make it over our way.
