I will be happy to help you celebrate entering your 40s! There is a caveat though. My brother's birthday is the same day as yours (he just turned 36 though, I think) and if he wants me to come home to New Mexico, then that's what I'll do. Otherwise, maybe I can convince him to come out to VA instead!
