Victoria Day

Yesterday was Victoria Day. We drove to Echo Dale park & had a picnic there on the grassy slopes by the lake; clay cliffs framed the sky, and it was perfect weather (low 80s?). Unfortunately, the park wasn't officially open for the summer, so the man-made pond was little more than a muddy puddle. Thus, on the way home we picked up a flimsy, $10 ( Read more... )

Kakes, when you get into town I have your old-gold-bike all fixed up and I'll have a VERY nice 10 speed for Steven to ride - assuming John Fuller doesn't actually get offered $800 dollars for his older but still terrific Bianchi 10 speed racing bike. (It actually has more than 10 speeds but I'm sure you get the picture.)

Youse guys can throw them on my bike rack and take them wherever.

Thanks, but please don't spend money on 'em... I highly doubt we'll have time to go bike-riding, considering we'll probably only get down to Florida one week per 6 months or something. We'll be spending our time hanging out with friends/family and getting stuff done, I imagine!

Save your money for next time you come up here, cuz my bike here needs new wheels, seat, brakes...
