Well. Not only did they not want to sell the house to us...they pulled it off the market.

Back to space one...

And the interest rates have gone up while they kept us hanging.

Grrr.

Sorry to hear about that. I know when we were trying to buy our house here in Texas, the first choice house we bid on, the sellers pulled the house off the market the very weekend we submitted our bid. Then our second choice house got a full price, no contingencies offer just before we submitted our not full price, and with contingencies offer. So we had to move on to our third choice house. I am very happy with it, so hopefully you'll be able to find a back up, too.
