I'm not in a mood for a long post on this, but word is spreading that Marty Greenberg -- that's Martin H. Greenberg -- has lost his long fight with cancer today. I'm very saddened. I feel pretty much the same way. I didn't know him well in person, but he was always gracious and kind, and there's no question about his enormous impact on our field. He will be greatly missed.
