Oh, now, I'll give you 4 but 3 is a cop-out. No fair.

D'oh! I should have listed Sandman!

My guesses:
1 - Nine
2 - Spock wait, it isn't Robert April, is it?
4 - I'm guessing Wash anywhere this is possible
6 - Aragorn
7 - Sawyer

What? Not Donna? robertmapril April 5 2008, 20:19:28 UTC
Correct on #7, #4, and half credit for #1. Honestly, the companions are some of the hardest for me to rate. I love, love, love Romana, but I generally prefer the 7/Ace dynamic in terms of one-on-one, and when we're talking groups then its Jamie/Zoe/Two. And of course I love Martha, and Rose, and I want to be Captain Jack when I grow up. I quite like Leela, too, though I don't know that they really used her to her full potential. Nine is a close second: really, the upper three sort of shift from day to day, particularly depending on what I'm watching. While Eight was my first Doctor (or, technically, I suppose you could say Seven was) he's a bit undefined. But man does the boy have good sartorial taste. I want a cravat.

1. 6
2. James Tiberius Kirk. This has to be it, no?
3. Rorsarch? I really have no idea here.
4. Xander Harris
5. Han Solo? I'm guessing that 'cause you seem to like rogues.
6. Hmm. Gandalf the Grey?
7. Mr. Eko?
8. Baltar?
9. Eryn Sun?
10. Hmm. Mr. Burns? Waylon Smithers? Sideshow Bob? I really have no idea here.

Correct on #2 (you know me so well) #4, and #5. Aeryn comes in a close second, as does Gandalf.

3. Has his own title? You mentioned Sandman, so it's not that. Green Lantern? Seems a little corny for you, but it's my guess. Wolverine is too cliche for you.

6. Gandalf is 2, eh? Well, I know you're pissed off at the elves, so that counts them out. I'll go tragic: Gollum.

8. The badassery that is Saul Tigh?

9. D'Argo? He fits that warrior/rogue who never gives up on his friends model you seem to go for.

10. Ned Flanders? I'm just going to keep guessing on this one until it's gotten.

Hey, man, I love the Green Lantern. Seriously, how can you not love the coolness of a space cop fighting monsters with his magic wishing ring? It's like distilled coolness. He's not my favorite superhero of all time, but he's close.

And it's a tie. Gollum and Bilbo.

Well, I'm an idiot. Blame TW grief. 1 is Eight and Romana (2nd).

well, I really haven't the faintest, but since I just posted this I'll take a shot at yours. :)

3. Comics: someone from Watchmen, perhaps? Rorschach?

6. LOTR: Galadriel

10. Simpsons: Mr. Burns?

Yeah, I have a grand total of six but since the others only have occasional applications the eye tends to predominate.
