I wish that bitch [opheliablue] would hurry up and read those two books about me she got so that I can start writing this journal. She says she does not 'know' me well enough yet to start writing properly. She says she 'needs a better feel of me.' I bet she does. All the women say that ( Read more... )

hehehe....I love it too. I can't take any credit for it at all - someone else who I shall not name to protect her reputation (:P or rather because I'm not sure if she is ready to fully accept that she is weird and makes up fake journals....hello [insert username] if you're reading!) started it.

I just woke up one morning and found I'd been 'friended' by Elizabeth Bishop, Anne Sexton and Sharon Olds :P

Because 'Elizabeth' and I had a...discussion...in my journal about something she was blaming on Anne, I threatened to tell Robert Lowell that she is a lesbian. And so robert_lowell was born! His is my only poet journal.

He won't like me saying that and will probably deny it, but that is the truth.

Oh, I can't imagine who you're talking about!

All right. Fine. I admit it: I, Anne Grey Harvey Sexton, Pulitzer Prize winner, Poet Laureate of no-place never, Poet Literate and Lecherous forever and for always, invented all this nonsense. Because I FELT like it, damnit!

All I wanted was a little a lot of attention. And Sharon, that stupid kid with her internet, had been bothering me to get a journal for ages. So there you have it. Can I be blamed?

Oh no, dear Anne, you certainly can't be blamed. I think it is very noble of you to take the 'blame' for something you didn't do ;)

For god's sake, how much attention do you need? I would like you to know that I have converted my mother into being a complete fan of yours and bought her your book of letters and tape of poems. She bought a bio, Linda's book (although you probably don't know yet that Linda is going to write a book about you) and your poems.

I created a whole community to worship you in. I am also planning to write a book about you. I'm sure you will be happy to hear (not) that it isn't just about you - it's about you and Sylvia Plath. Perhaps I could interview you sometime for it.
