Jeeves and Wooster are so much fun! I especially adore his terrifying aunts and his bumbling friends. I had to go out and buy some Wodehouse after the show.

(lamardeuse, I have watched Life Born of Fire and AFJDSK WHAT IS THIS SHOW? And how is it that everyone on this show ships Lewis and Hathaway, including Innocent, their boss, jfk? What did you get me into?!

Hahahaha, I am really glad I was going back through some of your old entries because I totally missed this! I KNOW RIGHT? Wait 'til you get to the third season - Hathaway goes to Innocent to ask her advice about a delicate situation with Robbie, and Innocent offers RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING, and later she LURKS AROUND CORNERS to leap out at Robbie and ask him if he and Hathaway are still boyfriends. I CANNOT EVEN. And then in the last ep of S3, Hathaway actually refers to his and Lewis' relationship as a marriage to Laura. I AM NOT EVEN KIDDING.

ETA: THE ACTORS SHIP THEM TOO. I AM JUST SAYING.

I AM STUPIDLY IN LOVE WITH THIS SHOW. I really love Innocent playing yenta and relationship counselor to these two, usually when Lewis is in a snit and needs to be reminded that he loves Hathaway best. :D

Bless Laurence Fox and Kevin Whatley for shipping their characters. I am so beyond delighted at everything about this show!

Glad to hear you don't think they're fucking up with the PoC characters. I wish they had more, but I wish every show had more, and I'd rather have quality than a whole bunch of walking stereotypes. Gah, I'm just fed up with a lot of TV in general, which is weird for a media fan, I know, but I'm getting so selective about what I watch it's not funny. Mainly I get into one thing and just watch the hell out of it, like this. I may have a slightly obsessive personality. :D
