Because there are still Hero's out there. Even if they are Hero's in the mind of one person. And while there are valiant men, Chivalry survives.

I do think that the reasons for certain aspects of chivalry dying are pretty damn ironic. Something like a man holding a door open for a woman ... it was deemed sexist and that it was done because she was "weak". Yet (to me, anyway) it's a sign of respect. Doing such a task so someone superior to you doesn't have to do something menial.
Then again ... I guess the shrinking number of people who think that way is one of the reasons chivalry is dying off.

I'm the same way, with being old-fashioned. The world seemed to be overall better back when more people were chivalrous towards each other. Nowadays, you're likely to get smacked or the cops called on you if you offer to help someone with their packages or to cross a road, etc. Which sucks. lol.
I love getting flowers. :-[ And sending them ... seeing the smile it can bring to someone else's face just to know that someone thought enough of them to take that time and get them flowers... It's always worth it.
