Completion: complete

Yom Kippur. A sad and depressing holiday, really. It was one of the bigger ones, though, and Eloise and her family used to actually observe it when her dad was alive. She knew she was being dramatic, but seeing as no one was going to care in her family this year, or had last year for that matter, she figured she might as well go out to drink. Not the smartest move, but there you have it.

The Three Broomsticks would have been her first choice, but then she'd have to see Wayne and he would just smack her for being stupid. She was three, or was it four, drinks in and was starting to feel much better. Her dad would have been royally pissed about her actions on this holiday, but whatever. The combination of the stress of the Cultural Centre getting closer to opening, the recent fire, this stupid holiday, not seeing Wayne in what felt like months, knowing Anthony was celebrating with his family, and wondering what was going on with Ron was exhausting. It was time to just relax, and being in a bar was easier than buying herself some beer and drinking at home. That was too pathetic, even for El.
