Lavender rolled onto her stomach, plucking up her nail file from the bedcovers and starting to file her nails. She had the day off tomorrow, but she was a little surprised that Parvati had agreed to come over on a week night. Still, any night was good for a bit of pampering and Lavender had taken the chance to lay on a little bit of luxury. She had chocolate and strawberries and suitably girly-looking drinks, although they were non-alcoholic, as well as fishing out all the beauty treatments she could find, though some had gone a bit funny from disuse and Lavender had whipped up a few of her own.
"You mustn't let me keep you up too late," she teased, picking up a bottle of scarlet nail polish. Hmm. Red always made her feel rather sexy, which would be good as she had a date tomorrow. Though she knew she would have to be on her best behaviour as it was the full moon and it wouldn't take much for her self-control (or other things) to slip.
"Can I get you another drink or anything?"
