The common room was still in order, but Hermione wondered if it would remain so tidy once school started next week. She posted signs for the three subjects they were covering specifically today, knowing that DADA, Ancient Runes, and Muggle Studies wouldn’t have large numbers compared to something like Charms. For general revision, there were enough sofas and chairs for people to spread out comfortably, so she didn’t bother posting signs over those places.
It had been a busy week already, which made it hard to believe that it was just Tuesday. It felt much later, but there’d barely been any time to lie about, with buying school supplies, doing last minute revision, working on H.E.R.O. again, and working at the Ministry. Tomorrow, she was meeting Malfoy after five to visit the gallery at Malfoy Manor. That was something she didn’t particularly care to think about right now, so she was focusing on revision group tonight instead. Luna was coming over for dinner on Thursday, and then returning to Hogwarts on Friday. Then there was just a weekend before they started NEWT courses.
She smiled at Harry, hoping that Ron wouldn‘t be too late after work, before she looked between the DADA and Ancient Runes tables. She was taking both subjects, and she knew that DADA might be more difficult for students who were at school last year to deal with, so she wanted to help if she could, but she also did love Ancient Runes. Also, Harry and Ron weren’t taking Ancient Runes, so they’d definitely be at the DADA table. That made her decision for her, since she’d rather help somewhere she was needed more. She took a seat at the Ancient Runes table, making sure the wall was to her back. After she opened her notes, she started to read while waiting to see who attended the group tonight.
