RP: Nursemaids

It was only two in the afternoon, but Ron was growing exhausted. Chairs, especially those at St. Mungo's, were not made for sleeping in, though neither he nor Harry had felt much inclined anyhow. The day so far had been filled with family and friends, all of whom had been good to see; not just for Hermione but for he and Harry as well. The bond the three of them shared was sometimes inclusive, but it was good to remember their little family was part of a larger one.
He and Harry had taken it in turns to stay with Hermione or head back to Grimmauld. Ron had taken a shower first, but he and Kreacher - who was utterly incensed that he had not been alerted at once, making Ron accuse him of loving Hermione more than he let on and earning a garbled grunt in return - had quickly moved furniture from and into the bedroom nearest the bath on the first floor. The walls now each held a bed, school trunks dragged in to serve as wardrobes, and three of the spindly legged tables from the sitting room next door were sturdy enough to hold trays of food and potions. Bringing a little lunch from Kreacher, Ron returned to St. Mungo's and relieved Harry to the task of moving any necessities into the new room.
Fleur had volunteered her help getting them all settled, which they had been happy to accept as Fleur was far more qualified dealing with Hermione's injuries than the boys. Together, the four of them Apparated home, a sense of relief almost palpable after leaving the wizarding hospital.
