I can't even say that I've been too busy to post, even though I have been busy. I've just had a block when it comes to wanting to journal. There was an incident that occurred back in March that persistently hangs out in the periphery of my life, and has sapped my desire to write about stuff. Bleh

I get what you mean about incidents that sap your desire to write. I have often felt in the last few months like I either had nothing to write or it was word vomit all over the place.
Do you have any pictures of your weaving, funny colors and all? I'd love to see it.
So if your kids are wanting to be Harry and Ginny for Halloween, does that mean you'll be Professor McGonagall? Or Molly Weasley? Oooh, or maybe Trelawney? :D You might be amused to know that I'm thinking about going as Pam from Archer-- if only we could trick or treat together, since you already have the Lana outfit!

that lets you play around with colors and stripes to make tartans. My first plan had odd numbers of passes for some colors, meaning the shuttle was going to be left on the wrong end, so I had to go back to the drawing board. I'm ready to go to the warping board (which is a book case with giant clamps on it) to start measuring out my 384 warp threads, in lilac, beige, and grey.
I was thinking of being McGonagall! Molly Weasley would be fun, too. I'm not sure how to make Trelawney recognizable enough.
I hope you post a picture of Pam, if you do it! I have though about being Malory, too, but if Jeremy is Archer, it's a little weird. :) I wish we could trick or treat together. That would be awesome!
