Danka organized the second annual Gentlemen's Gourmet to raise money for PCC, the college where she teaches. I made chicken enchiladas. Rene brought jerk chicken and red beans and rice, Tim smoked a turkey like last year, and lots of others contributed. It went really well, and was well-attended.
