Gentlemen's Gourmet to Benefit Palau Community College
Danka organized the second annual Gentlemen's Gourmet to raise money for PCC, the college where she teaches. I made chicken enchiladas. Rene brought jerk chicken and red beans and rice, Tim smoked a turkey like last year, and lots of others contributed. It went really well, and was well-attended. There was a magican, and traditional dances by Yapese and Chuukese students, and disco dancing (and I mean, music from the 70s dominated . . . ).
