Edward was bundled up, holding onto his bag as he walked, slowly with his head down. It was cold and early and he was going to catch a train out to Osaka. He just needed a break and the opportunity to follow a new lead seemed like a good arrangement. Allen obviously needed time as well.
Continuing down the street, Lavi noticed a small coffee stand open, and for a moment contemplated getting something and then realised he had no money. A sigh and he continued walking until his eye lit upon the last person he wanted to see at that moment. He didn’t know what Ed was doing down this end of town - for all he knew he lived around there - and didn’t care much, but he couldn’t just ignore him when he was the reason for him being so damn pissed off, he tried though, for now at least.
Lavi didn’t know whether Ed was ignoring him or just hadn’t noticed him, but it made his temper flare that little bit more and he found his feet moving faster, closing the distance between himself and Ed. “You’re a real asshole, you know that?!” He snapped, before his brain decided this wasn’t a good idea.

He sighed and just walked, dazed.
