Many of you were very concerned about my physical condition after seeing me at the end of our vacation in March (Gulf Wars) or in April (Elfsea). I was physically wrecked from an unknown condition that was wrecking havoc on my digestive system. Wow! I'm happy you found out what is wrong and sad that it had to be so extreme. As my allergist just put me on cyclosporine yesterday because of my autoimmune issues I can sympathise with your situation. I really hope you can get insurance to approve your request.
On another note - by this time next year I should be living in NorthWest Arkansas so I will finally be in a position to come visit! I'd really enjoy that.
