I've sort of started doing Tae-bo amp'ed. Sort of as in, well, the first 10-12 mins. I am going to need to build up a lot more endurance before I can the whole actual program every single day. And then, eventually with the amp'ed bar. All my walking is just not cutting it anymore and I need to get more of a work-out. So, yes, we're starting at 10-

What? Yogurt and rice cakes? Not alone? I'm confused how these types of diet work. No protein or just exclusively those two things or mostly?

The elevator was being trippy today and I had to take the stairs. I almost died. I'm on the fourth floor. I suck.
Finished Devil May Cry and I'm amused at how much she tied in the Dream-Hunters. I guess we should go read them...DH fanfic. Never read one. Sounds like an interesting idea...

Not just yogurt and rice cakes. Dinner is always a meal with meat, or soy in meat form. But since I could barely keep my breakfast of yogurt down this morning, it is time for a change.
There's no DH fanfic out there, so if you had read one I'd be surprised. Devil May Cry, well, I guess it's because all the Sumerian gods stuff. I really want some of the non-god related stories back. Please. Though, I must say, I did adore Hades in Devil May Cry.
