Oh, I would love the X-Files tapes if no one else has prior claim to them. I'm far too poor at the moment for DVDs, and I find myself missing my Mulder and Scully.

I am now officially in awe of your library. I keep things arranged aesthetically because it's small enough that I can do so. But a library where one can actually use Library of Congress cataloging? Complete awe with a hint of jealousy.

This book [Thomas J. Peters and Robert H. Waterman Jr., In Search of Excellence: Lessons from America's Best-Run Companies] sounds very interesting. Thanks for recommending it, I plan to buy it.
I am still undecided whether I shall buy and read the book by Katherine Frank, G-Strings and Sympathy: Strip Club Regulars and Male Desire. My marginal acquaintance with the subject was mostly depressing, but I would be interested in reading this from the perspective of an anti-pornography feminist since I started out like that (an anti-pornography feminist) and still believe that most people who work in that business are deeply damaged and unhappy.
