On principle, I'm trying to eat out less now that we're settled in our apartment, although the value proposition of that principle is less clear when you're setting up a kitchen from scratch. Many (many!) baby steps (collectively) look like heroic strides, with the addition of time lapse photography.

(Having written it down it seems like something we all should remind ourselves of regularly: lots of small steps might not feel like making much progress, but with the benefit of hindsight it's obvious we've come a long way from where we were.)
