But, he decided worry about that later (however, he will have to remember him. Seriously, did he just break in?). Nill's wings were in bad shape. Well, he assumed they were. He didn't actually HAVE wings and hardly had to deal with them outside of Cloud and his own pet, but considering the pain Nill was going through and all of the blood, it looked...pretty bad.
And he didn't like it, at all.
"Don't struggle. If you do, it will only hurt more." Rufus was trying to figure out how to bandage it without making it worse. Not only that, he had to be careful with what he was saying. He definitely did not want Nill to FEEL worse either.

"Uh-- yeah." Crossing the distance quickly, Kiba crouched down next to Nill. Was that a slash across her throat? He bit the inside of his cheek, hard. "Don't worry, Nill, we'll you patched up, yeah? You'll be all right." He held out a hand for one of the rolls of bandages ( ... )

Slowly, she pulled her hand back from her throat so Kiba could bandage them easier. She trusted them to be able to do something about this, to fix it. At the least, make it stop hurting. She watched Kiba closely; since he was the easiest one to watch without turning her head too far, or pulling at the wound on her neck.
Nill's hands stopped just over her chest, trembling slightly.

Then he noticed her hands trembling, and looked a little guilty. "Hey, hey, don't worry! You'll be fine, Nill. Ninjas always help their friends, no matter what!"

And while Cloud knew that things were slowly starting to get under control (at least even slightly), the parental instincts in him compelled him to stay by Nill's side, not to try letting someone else keep the pressure to the wounds consistent.
