Yuuko was enjoying the sunset when she herd the sound of a young girl crying. She turned and spotted a small girl with pink hair sitting on the street corner. She recognized the girl as being part of Rei-chan and Minako-chan's household. Chibiusa-chan. She was very young, and was undoubtedly missing her home and her friends.

Yuuko went and sat next to her. She placed a gentle hand on the girl's back, but didn't say anything. She just watched her and waited for her to speak, whenever she felt ready.

Chibiusa jumped at the touch of the stranger's hand on her shoulder, and raised her head to look at her. Her cheeks flushed at the sight of the beautiful woman, but she wasn't able to quell her tears so suddenly. "I'm sorry," she said as she wiped the tears from her eyes, forcing a gentle smile. "I haven't bothered you, have I?"

She heaved a few uneasy breaths and sighed.

Yuuko smiled at her gently. "Not at all."

She reached out and brushed a tear from the girl's face. "Why are you out here alone?"

The woman's gentle gestures only served to remind her of Pluto, and Chibiusa's tears began to fall harder as a pang of nostalgia washed through her. "Puu...." She whispered her guardian's name and heaved a sigh as she resolved to handle this like a lady. She didn't need to cry.

"...I didn't want them to see me like this," she responded finally.

[ooc; want to respond to the darling guest down there? :D]

With most, if not all of the monsters gone, Black Star was stuck with the problem of sudden, immense boredom. So, to fix this without breaking down the house, he had decided to do one of his next favourite hobbies: running around on rooftops. When he heard shouting, he made his way towards the noise, and found some little pink haired girl crying, with a much taller, regal-looking woman next to her. Not quite what he had in mind, but who knew? She was apparently looking for someone; maybe it would lead to something more interesting.

With that thought, he made his down from the roof he had been standing on, landing near the two. "Oi! What're you going on about?"

Yuuko smiled gently at Chibiusa. "There is no reason to hide your tears, especially from those who love you. It is never wrong to cry."

Yuuko turned and looked at the boy who landed beside them, her smile fading. She'd seen him in the journals, and she rather doubted that he was going to make Chibiusa feel better. She stood and looked down at him.

"We were just talking. Is there something you wish to add to our conversation?"

Black Star vaguely remembered the woman. Something with maps or whatever; it was too boring for a big star like him to bother with. He had skimmed them on Tsubaki's insistance, but the great Black Star didn't need to read those maps--not when he spent so much time running around on the high ground and rooftops of the city.

"Yeah," he said, approaching them, either unaware or ignoring Yuuko's doubt, and pointing at Chibiusa. "Why're you so upset? You lose something?"

'It is never wrong to cry.'

The words echoed in her head, even as the woman spoke to the newcomer. Never wrong to cry. But ... crying worried the people she loved. How was it okay when it made others sad? Usagi, Minako, and Rei had their own problems. Chibiusa didn't want to trouble them with her own.

The boy's voice pulled her from her thoughts, and a dark blush overcame her cheeks as he pointed at her. It was embarrassing. "I didn't lose anything," Chibiusa said suddenly, narrowing her eyes. "You're very nosy."
