Maybe I rock but now it's a quarter to midnight and I have done very little more than I had five hours ago.

That sounds like here. The solution we Brits usually come up with is lots of thin layers that can be added and subtracted as necessary, with a thin waterproof on top.

Anyway, have a great time in Prague. I'd love to go again because I only spent a few days there and there is so much to see.

Also good luck with the job hunting, though as you say, there is a lot to be said for somewhere you know.
