The sign was the classic glowing white with the replaceable blocky black lettering.  It read "Pork Chops.  Colby Jack.  Tiramisu." And with that strange blend in the advertisement, I was back in Berrien Springs.

a combined DRUM party and SAMBA/african dance class...

in the freestyle part of their day and just partying in the park.

With random bystanders, such as myself, being pulled in.

Crazy california.

Jugglers & circus-esque entertainment to open,  a playful comedy act somewhere int he middle, and an open bar (aka - all the drinks are free), and finally, a cover band singing everything from Panic at the Disco to the black Eye Peas to Johnny Cash at the end ( Read more... )

Well, I thought I might as well show what sort of things I've been doing during my little obsession.

I'm becoming a little obsessive with my new hobby.  Strewn across my desk is the following: 
 

• 4 tools - two for cutting, one for shaping, one for a fine-tipped grip.
• 2 types of tiny chain - one shiny, one not.
• Tweezers
• Copper wire bent into a rather convincing outline of a butterfly wing, complete with thinner wire to create the effects inside the ( Read more... )
