Apparently, Bryan's trying to get Caroline Dhavernas on the show as well. I would be thrilled if that happened :) Have you watched Dead Like Me? There was a crossover there as well ;)

It would be so awesome if Caroline were to be on the show in some capacity! I've seen the first three or four episodes of DLM, but then it sort of got lost in the fray of television shows I was trying to catch up on. I clearly need to put that back on my list of things to watch :)

PUSHING DAISIES IS BAAAACK! It is seriously the prettiest show on television right now, possibly rivaling season 1 of Veronica Mars. This episode definitely had some of the funniest lines of the entire show. Olive was A++ last night. Her line about "You, and your hump!" and then the fighting with the poor and "By cabbage patch, I mean your lady parts." She had me LOLing.

I did feel sorry for Kenley last night, but like you said, then she opened her mouth and that all went away. I can't stand her rudeness. Or her monotone voice. I don't like all the backstabbing this season. Last season, you kind of sensed that everyone actually liked each other. No one was trying to SABOTAGE the other contestants. It made it far more enjoyable. This season has really been crappy. Last season I consistently loved Christian's designs, whether he was in the bottom or not, but this season, I don't have that with anyone.

I ship Nick/Karen so hard even though he's married.YES! I like Nick/Karen and Lisa/Jeremy SO MUCH more than Nick and Lisa. I don't know ( ... )

Oh, yay, we share all of the same shows! We're going to have so much fun this season :D

I know, I was watching the show on HD and nearly every shot made me so giddy and joyful. Olive was on fire! I loved that little spiel about her being a truth gun that could accidentally fire at any moment.

I'm not sure if I call the tulle incident sabotage since no one took Kenley's tulle away, but rather didn't offer any of theirs to her, but you're right, there seems to be less camaraderie this year. The final designers last year seemed to really like each other while on this season they act as they're just people they happen to share a living space with. I'm still pulling out for Leanne, though.

Lisa seems like such a peripheral character to me that I don't care much for her either way. It seems like her only purpose is to tell Nick about how he's getting himself in too deep with the Darlings, which, duh, we already knew.

Chuck's profile (which was such a gorgeous shot) probably was a Hitchcock reference, but it made me think of Audrey Hepburn's profile. Funny Face, I think?

And can I express my love for PD not keeping Ned and Chuck perfectly happy? And of course somehow still keeping it cute. I just hate lots of angst, it's so typical these days. Character development is always nice though. :)

Lastly, I second the icon love. ;)
