At Least You're Not A United Fan.

A good part of my reason for making an entry on language, apart from the fact that I love language, was the hope of posting something that might be interesting to people who have no interest in Waterloo Road, i.e. practically everyone who reads my journal. I fear I'm going to be returning to Waterloo Road now, though, because I have, to my mild ( Read more... )

I would be up for that! Now, if you'll excuse me, I feel the need to cackle evilly for five minutes.

(Do we know exactly when down-coming is to take place?)

(Ask Yuffie; she says she's getting her car insurance on the 8th. I know a lot of people are coming down on the 23rd but that's for a housewarming, although I suppose we could hang out on the 24th?)

Yeah, I know someone who has the entire series on DVD, so I'm just going to rob it off her throughtout the year and catch up on Waterloo Road madness.

Unfortunately, I frequently require subtitles in order to understand what Josh is saying.
Maybe it's because I live in that general area where it's supposedly set, but I don't find most of them hard to understand. Although it could be because I have super!hearing... no i don't

Ooh, should I be more careful with spoilers if you're planning to catch up? I haven't been cutting things because I didn't think people reading my journal would be terribly concerned.

I think it may in part be to do with the quality of sound on the television here in Brighton; I didn't have so much trouble with his voice in London. Although the fact that, being a Southerner, I'm not exposed much to the accent probably has something to do with it.

Stop apologising for posting about this! I'll admit, my Mum watches the show and I have seen bits here and there and was bored to tears (it was 300% DRAMZ ALL THE TIIIIIIIME, I can't deal with that), but I love seeing you so delightfully enthused about something.

(I am a bit worried by how much I am loving the 300% DRAMZ. Murder trials! Adultery! Pupils threatening to accuse teachers of having relationships with them! 'You weren't an accident, Josh; your mother stole my sperm'! I love it all.

But especially 'You weren't an accident, Josh; your mother stole my sperm.' This is a verbatim quote.)

You know, I'm still not following the actual show, but I am immensely enjoying keeping up with it via your recaps and description.

Oh, dear, you shouldn't encourage me. I'm genuinely considering writing Tales of Waterloo Road: School for Young Pokémon Owners, even though I promised myself I wouldn't. I'm glad to hear you're enjoying these, though.

I know basically nothing about this show, but I'm enjoying the hell out of these posts. :D

This is reassuring! (I'm never going to shut up, now. I hope you realise that.)
