I don't know you, so this is oh so random, and but that is EXACTLY what Tumnus said to me. Except less amusingly. Even down to the child molesting. It's true. Please leave my head now.

I also found him far sexier than a goat-man ought to be. I couldn't quite figure out why they didn't put a shirt on him. But then, I liked him without the shirt. ;)

But the Lucy/Tumnus subtext was SO WRONG it did throw me rather a lot, heh.

Fauns pretty much are teh sex, in the original source. Where do you think "satyriasis" comes from?

And this particular faun is also sad and fawn-eyed and insecure and oh so nervous and vulnerable, which just adds to his appeal with a certain segment of the audience.
