Part of it is the time suck, but a lot of it is the way that it perniciously invades my life. People invite me to parties. Oh, you're overseas, well here's the ONLINE LINK to buy stuff! Here are invites to 553 Lula Roe Pop Up Parties! Or how it spies on your search history or tells people what things you've read and liked that other people have posted. Though I try to be fairly apolitical on there, if I like an article and it throws it into someone's feed, they'll know what I was reading. That seems overly invasive. Etc.
The Lularoe sucks me in, but I'm only in 2 groups. Being a fan of 'if it fits, buy it in every color' makes LLR work for me. I got so annoyed at all the people selling that lash crap though.
I got freaked out once when I was at work (where I sometimes check FB) and searched Google for certain erasers, then came home and had eraser ads on my FB sidebar. Different places, different servers, different computers, but FB knew I needed erasers.

The FB drama though. I guess I was somewhat prepared by LJ drama. Heck, I still remember being told off for something stupid on an email group.
