It has been an entirely too long of a work day. Usually, Riley found a kind of peace from his job. Sitting amongst the quiet of the old, dusty relics gave him time to sort out the rest of his life. Susan couldn't help but notice the man who sat next to her at The Hog's Head. The Faily Prophet was abuzz with the constant tragedies and it was beginning to freak her out. Despite her better judgement, she decided that she needed a drink and a deep breath.

Her drink had just been refilled, and the liquid courage was getting to her head.

"Hello," she welcomed her new seat neighbor.

At first, he hadn't been person she'd addressed had been him, but when no answer was heard he assumed he'd thought wrong. He glanced at the young woman perche upon the seat next to him. She looked familiar, but so did Ninety percent of witches in London around his age (Gotta' love Hogwarts).

"Erm, hello," he said, lips hidden behind his pint, then took a drink from it. He carefully set the glass back down on the bar in front of him.

" you look familiar," she went on, "I mean, that's not too hard, I guess. School and all." Susan began to get nervous and retreat back into her drink.

How... How would she keep this going? 'Ok,' she told herself, 'I can do this.'
