LAptop problem sounds like one of those pesky trojans, that hijacks the registry and tries to force all internet traffic through their proxy. If you clean the trojan after it writes the registry, or the proxy has been taken down the poor computer can't find internet...

hope you get it fixed...

only wasted 4 1/4 months on anime... light weight :P

I mis wrote that.. the wireless works the lan doesn't. figure it a hardware problem.

pfft I would rather have social skills then months of anime :P I can't help it I have other interests :D

Ahhhh... yea it's probly a hardware issue then, check the lan port might be something simple like a bent pin. happens alot on laptops being things are always going in and out of it.

I never have used the LAN, but the thing is its not even showing up in device manager.. so thats what makes me figure its a hardware problem rather then just port or something.. either way if they will fix it for free good for me :)

Thanks I fixed the link. Usually to make my life easier I just paste it from either LJ into myspace or vice versa. But it did cause some which spacing issues and I know a bit of my grammar is off. Good reason for me to write more often. smaller posts make for less mistakes.

PoP does have a very SotC feel which is good, especially you'll see as you get deeper into the game. The only issue I had with not being able to die was not being able to do the "Augh I'm frustrated and want to penalize the character by throwing him off a cliff" because that always worked in the Tomb Raider series.

I am interested in getting TR:U, but in no rush. Uncharted was fantastic, and I think a better game in that genre than the Tomb Raider series has been for awhile but I think that's mainly because it was fresh and new and wasn't tied to preconceptions. Tomb Raider Legend was the best Tomb Raider in a long time (with Anniversary being awesome except for that fact that it was just a rehash of #1 although that in itself isn't necessarily a BAD thing). They're talking of doing a franchise reboot which is probably a good idea, as long as they recall it's a reboot not a re-invention. If they stray too far from the formula, blech.

I'll have to check out that Anime Planet profile. It might be embarrassing to admit to, but...

I've got the hotel room booked for like 6 days if you recall. I'm planning on spending more time in Atlanta next time than just a few crammed days of DragonCon. :)

I didn't know you were still playing WoW. I saw your characters drop off my friends list years ago, so I assumed you had dropped the game.

My main is an alliance hunter on Daggerspine...but since there's an accent in his name, it's easier to look up Marathon, my night elf priest alt. ...and they all ride around on the BlizzCon polar bear mount. :D
