Genre: I dun actually know.. fantasy? a bit romance,a bit horror (so doubt this), angst?
Summary: Yamada Ryosuke returned back to Japan after 7 months as exchange student in Korea. When he came back he realize that in his class came a new student. That student wasn't a normal person. He could see something that others couldn't see.
Brown haired boy entered the class full of students. He stood near the door waiting for others reaction. There was really noisy untill a yell rang out which made room go silent.
"YAMA-CHAN!!" Tall boy yelled as he noticed his old friend.
"Eeeeh!? Yama-chan?" Other students questioned as they heard a familiar name. They looked around and spotted their old classmate and rushed to go near boy. All of them were so excited to see him again.
Yamada left Japan for his studies in Korea as an exchange student and it's been a long time since that.
"Long time no see!!" Taller hugged him in enthusiasm.
"Haha, Yuto you're still the same." Older returned the hug slightly laughing.
"Of course I am! Do you think I will change a lot during 7 months?" Taller release the hug as he stared at shorter.
"It's more than half a year after all..." He argued but taller only changed the topic.
"I'm so glad you came back. So how was Korea?"
"Quite nice." Yamada responded. Yuto had a lot of questions to ask him but he couldn't as their teacher walked in the class.
"Okay class, it's really nice that Yamada-san is back now but please take your seats." The class scattered to take the seats. Yamada sat at his place which was still free since he left. A front place in the second line.
Awhile ago he noticed that there was a student he didn't see before. Yamada peeked at him. He had black hair, his face was really cute and body small.
"Is he a new student?" Yamada asked Yuto next to his place as he was still looking at the student behind.
"Yes. I'll give you an advise, don't get close to him."
"He's kind of weird." Yuto whispered. Yamada didn't say anything as he only nodded and looked again at the cute student.
"Take your English workbooks and open the text 14B. Take your partners and read the text." Teacher commanded and the class went noisy again as everyone were choosing the partners.
"Yama-chan!" Yuto turned to look at him wanting him to be his partner in reading.
"Yamada-san, could you be Chinen-san's partner? Since you don't know each other you could get to know.'' Teacher suddenly asked him.
Chinen was always left alone if it comes to choosing a partner. He always had to command someone to be partners with him. Students didn't refused as they know that they're dead if they get their teacher mad but if they could they probably would.
Also he hoped that Yamada could become friends with him since he pity little guy. Yamada as others didn't refuse his request.
"Hai." Yamada said as he stood up from his seat.
"Gomen Yuto." He apologlized to his friend.
"Iiyo..." Yuto answer him and looked at older as he passed him going to the shorter. Yuto took away his gaze as he started looking around to find another partner.
"Hi." Yamada pulled the nearest empty chair next to boy's seat. Latter only nodded as his reply.
"I tell you straight that I suck at English." Yamada said while opening the page as he placed the book on his lap. Boy nodded again not saying anything.
"Okay so... I'll begin, okay?" Third nod was made by little boy.
"Today we are going to the center city. As always my buddies were walking next to me laughing at each others jokes." Chibi let a small chuckle as older finished his sentence in English.
"Hey what are you laughing at!? I told you that I'm not good with this!" Yamada laughed slightly.
"Read it then by yourself if you can do better!"
"I was just looking at them smiling. They had a great time and that was the most important thing to me." Chinen started reading. Older was amazed of smaller's English skills.
"Sugoi. Where have you learned to speak like that?" He looked at smaller with his large eyes.
"I watch a lot of American movies..." Latter said shyly as he blushed a bit.
"Sugooi! Can you teach me how to spell the words right? I don't mean now, but some other day?" Older suggested as he tighter the hold of his book.
"Un." Chibi nodded again.
Time ran fast as it was already time for lounch. Yamada with some of his friends were at the rooftop enjoying their meals.
"You still decided to be friends with him?" Yuto asked suddenly Yamada as he quite was secretly listening to their conversation on English lesson.
"He's lonely. I can see it. And I know how it feels..." Yamada explained as he put food in his mouth.
"Yeah but you're not him."
"So what? He's a human. Like all of us are." Yamada said a bit annoyed, looking seriously at his best friend.
"Anoo..." All of the boys looked at direction where the voice rang.
"Can I... eat with you...?" Short boy asked looking at the ground with a lounch box in his hands. Yamada's friends looked at each other and then at the older. With the eye contact they wanted to say that it's-better-not-to-let-him-eat-with-us.
"Sure you can." Yamada replied to younger ignoring the glares of his friends. Chinen smiled slightly as he sat between boys placing the box on his lap.
"We're done so we'll leave you." Boys immediately stood up as they were walking toward door.
"But--"
"You have him so it's okay." Yuto said before Yamada could say anything more.
"They don't like me?" Chinen asked as boys were already far away from the spot.
"No it's not like that. They're just... busy." Yamada tried to figure out some answer as he didn't want to hurt smaller anyhow.
"Souka." Smaller nodded few times a bit confused.
"Ne Chinen-san..." Yamada began as he was trying to change the topic and cheer up smaller guy.
"Call me Chii... Please." Chinen smiled slightly not even making any eye contact with the older.
"Haha okay. So Chii--." Yamada left his sentence unfinished as he noticed something weird in chibi. His eyes were widened.
"Nani ga?" Chinen wondered but older was too shocked to say anything. However after a little while he was back to his mind.
"YOUR EYES ARE BLEEDING!!" He yelled in panic.
Chibi raised his hand and reached it near one of his eye. He pressed his fingers a little and pulled back looking at the them, there was a red drop on it.
"A--...um arhh.. we have to go to a nurse!" Older stuttered a little.
"No, I'm fine." Smaller argued.
"No, you're not!! Your eyes are bleeding! You can't say you're okay! That's not a normal thing Chii! We have to go!" Yamada grabbed Chinen's wrist and pulled smaller toward exit door.
"NO!!" Smaller protested as he dropped himself on the ground making older impossible to drag chibi with him.
"Chinen!" Yamada shouted at him still not releasing the grip of his wrist.
"No..." Chibi said stubbornly trying to pull his hand but it was useless.
"Stand up and let's go or I will carry you there."
"You can't force me to go there!" Yamada didn't listen to younger as he just stubbornly grabbed Chinen into his arms carrying little boy in bridal style to nurse. Chinen tried to struggle but as pulling away his hand before, it was useless too.
At last he gave up and let older carry him to the nurse room.
Yamada knocked to the door and waited for the answer. ''Come in.'' Nurse allowed and Yamada slided door open
"Shitsure shimasu." He said and enter the room. He walked closer to nurse.
"What happened'' She asked looking at the boys.
"His eyes were bleeding." Yamada explained still holding younger.
"Eeh? Let me explore him then." Nurse waited Yamada to settle boy down. Chinen quickly shook his head as he squeezed older boy. Yamada smiled slightly. He went against boy's will and tried to settle him down but younger wasn't going to give up so easily as he just tighter his hug.
They ended up with Yamada sitting on the chair and Chinen on his lap. He still hugged older as nurse was exploring his eyes with the light. Actually they stopped bleeding when Yamada was carrying him to the nurse. Nurse didn't see anything that could be wrong
but she recommended him to go to real eye specialist in hospital. Yamada sighed hearing this, if the nurse was such a big deal for Chinen how he'll bring Chinen in hospital.
Nurse gave Chinen a paper where she wrote down about incident for parents.
Chinen was holding Yamada's hand tight, even when they left the room. In other hand he hold the paper, and as they had walked for a while he just threw it away without latter noticing it.
They walked back in the class like nothing happened, but something they were still doing about what they wholly forgot. Half of the class frowned as they saw their hands sticked together.
Yamada didn't understand why the whole class was staring at them until he realize the spot where everyone were exactly looking at. He quickly release their hand holding and stroked his head. The atmosphere got really awkward.
Both, Chinen and Yamada walked at their seats trying to avoid the stares. They blushed hardly, especially Yamada.
After a while he looked around and noticed that all the stares has disappeared but still he could feel something strange. Possibly someone was still staring at him, with a really strong stare.
''Yama-chan.'' Yamada heard his best friend calling him.
''Y..Yes?'' He asked nervously as he turned to look at him.
''Want to tell me anything?'' Yuto crossed his arms.
''Yuto, it's my choise with who I hang around. You're my best friend but it's nothing to you to decide or judge me because of the someone I hang with!'' Yamada decided to say everthing what he thought, and actually he felt so good after tellin' it.
Yuto looked at him silently and then sat on his seat.

"What did Yuto mean by that he's weird? Yeah, his eyes were bleeding it's not usual but it doesn't make anyone weird."
Suddenly Chinen stood up from his seat making lesson to stop and turn everyones gazes at him.
"What's wrong Chinen-san?" Teacher asked but latter acted like he didn't hear him. He looked from one side to another paniced like he's circled in with fire. He pressed his palms against his ears and started screaming hard.
Everyone were shocked of latters behavior. Teacher came close to him trying to calm down the student but latter strugguled. He backed until he hit his back to the wall, then knelt. After only a while he release hold of his ears and looked around.
Everyone were staring at him with wide eyes include Yamada. Chinen looked at all of them innocently and as his eyes hit Yamada he ran away from the class almost crying.
Even after this little incident the lesson continued. Yamada wondered a lot about what happened to the latter. He turned his gaze at Yuto and taller gave him I-told-you expression. He turned the gaze back at the desk confused.
He waited until the school ends to visit a little guy, but he didn't know where he leaves so he had to ask the teacher for the address. The teacher doubted to give it at first but Yamada was good to persuade him.

Yamada was standing right behind the door of Chinen's house. He took a deep breath and pressed the door bell. He didn't wait long as a woman came to open the door.
"Hi. I'm Yamada Ryosuke. I'm Chinen-san's classmate. Is he home?" Yamada spoke fastly. Luckily the woman, a mother of Chinen was already used to his son's quick speech so Yamada didn't have to repeat.
"Yes. But I don't know if he's allright to have visitors right now. He came home crying. I tried talking to him but he didn't say a word to me. Maybe you know what happened?" She asked Yamada as she was worrying about her son.
"I'm not sure of what really happened but that's what I wanted to talk about to him. May I?" Mrs. Chinen sighed as she let boy inside. She brought Yamada to Chinen's room door and knocked but as happened before Chinen didn't respond to her.
"Yuri-chan, here's your friend wants to see you." She said but no respond this time too.
"I'll handle this." Yamada said gently.
Mrs. Chinen nodded her head as she left older behind.
"Chinen-san it's me, Yamada. Do you remember?" Yamada tried knocking again, he thought that boy will respond if he'll recognize him. As boy still didn't answer Yamada opened the door. He was surprised by it because it wasn't locked.
The room was dark but Yamada could distinguish things from each other. There was a lot of stuff lying on the ground. It was hard for Yamada to move forward to search for boy but he still walked althought some things were hurting his feet.
He saw boy curled in the corner of the room. He approached little boy as that tried to press himself more in the corner.
"Are you... fine?" Yamada uttered.
"Oh my. Why did I ask that? It's already obvious..."
"What happened to you?" Yamada asked carefully as he sat near the boy.
"They're everywhere..." Chinen said looking at his curved knees.
"Who?" Yamada frowned.
"Dead pleople." Chinen didn't hesitate to say what he was seeing. Taller was shocked with the answer. He didn't say anything until chibi spoke.
"They're chasing me. Always. I can't hide from them. They're talking to me. They doesn't leave me and when I ignore them, they start to threat me." Little boy cried. Yamada still didn't say a word. Chinen glanced at him and noticed his what-the-heck look.
"You don't believe me." He said looking at the older.
"Well, that's just... Insane."
"So you think I'm crazy... They all think. But they have never seen the things that I have!" Yamada looked like he wanted to leave that crazy boy as fast as possible.
"I have to go..." He said hardly and stood up.
"No Yamada-san, please help me!" Smaller grabbed his hand.
"They force me to do a horrible things!"
"Chinen-san, I'm sorry I..."
"I have to go..." Yamada pulled his hand and walked away from the house. Something still made him to turn around and look at the house. He looked in the window and saw small boy gazing at him with his sad eyes.
Yamada shut his eys and turned away, walking to his home direction.

"I wonder if he's okay. Did I do right when I left him there?"
Yamada doubt himself as he prepared himself to go to sleep.
Days passed, and little boy wasn't seen in school at all. Some people started getting worried and some didn't even pay any attention and didn't care.
At the same moment in Chinen's house. Chinen sat in his corner like a statue. Thoughts went through his mind. He lifted his hands and placed them on his eyes, few moment's later Mrs. Chinen heard her son screming.
''Yamada-san, can you stay for a little bit?'' Teacher asked his student as school was over and everyone were heading out of the class.
''Aah, hai.'' Yamada went to stand in front ot teacher's table. He gave his friends a sign that they could wait him outside. Teacher waited until all the students left the class room.
''You're Chinen-san's friend, right?''
''Yes, why?''
''I got a call from headmaster. He said that Chinen-san is in hospital. As Chinen-san's friend I thought to tell you about it.''
''Eeeh!?''
Yamada thanked teacher for the information and hurried to the hospital. He ignored his friends that were on the way as he ran fastly. He didn't know what happened to smaller that's why he didn't want to be late, if it's something serious.
''CHII!!!'' Yamada shouted as he opened door to Chinen's room in hospital.
''Yama-chan?'' Chinen asked as he heard a familiar voice. Boy was sitting on the bed with his hands placed on his lap and he was wearing a pale blue hospital shirt.
''What happened to your eyes!?'' Yamada asked as he noticed Chinen's head tied in eye area with a white cloth.
''I scrape them.'' Younger answered like as it was a good choise he made.
''Are you fine?''
''You're always asking that.''
''Yeah, I guess...'' Yamada let a bitter smile.
''I'm better than before.'' Smaller smiled to him with one of his sweetest and cutest smile.
''I don't see and thankfully don't hear them anymore.'' He continued.
''Demo... BAKA!'' Older exclaimed making his hands going into a fists.
''You'll be blind for the rest of your life.'' Yamada grabbed latters head.
''Yama-chan....'' Chinen didn't expect such a reaction from older. Suddenly he felt a pair of lips touching his own.
''I love you'' Yamada whispered with trembling voice as some tears escaped his eyes dropping on shorter's hands.
''Yama-chan...'' Chinen raised his hands carefully placing them on older's chuddy cheeks and whiping his tears away.
''Don't cry.'' He smiled but older didn't noticed it though he could feel it.

"I'm not sure of what really happened but that's what I wanted to talk about to him. May I?" Mrs. Chinen sighed as she let boy inside. She brought Yamada to Chinen's room door and knocked but as happened before Chinen didn't respond to her.
"Yuri-chan, here's your friend wants to see you." She said but no respond this time too.
"I'll handle this." Yamada said gently.
Mrs. Chinen nodded her head as she left older behind.
"Chinen-san it's me, Yamada. Do you remember?" Yamada tried knocking again, he thought that boy will respond if he'll recognize him. As boy still didn't answer Yamada opened the door. He was surprised by it because it wasn't locked.
The room was dark but Yamada could distinguish things from each other. There was a lot of stuff lying on the ground. It was hard for Yamada to move forward to search for boy but he still walked althought some things were hurting his feet.
He saw boy curled in the corner of the room. He approached little boy as that tried to press himself more in the corner.
"Are you... fine?" Yamada uttered.
"Oh my. Why did I ask that? It's already obvious..."
"What happened to you?" Yamada asked carefully as he sat near the boy.
"They're everywhere..." Chinen said looking at his curved knees.
"Who?" Yamada frowned.
"Dead pleople." Chinen didn't hesitate to say what he was seeing. Taller was shocked with the answer. He didn't say anything until chibi spoke.
"They're chasing me. Always. I can't hide from them. They're talking to me. They doesn't leave me and when I ignore them, they start to threat me." Little boy cried. Yamada still didn't say a word. Chinen glanced at him and noticed his what-the-heck look.
"You don't believe me." He said looking at the older.
"Well, that's just... Insane."
"So you think I'm crazy... They all think. But they have never seen the things that I have!" Yamada looked like he wanted to leave that crazy boy as fast as possible.
"I have to go..." He said hardly and stood up.
"No Yamada-san, please help me!" Smaller grabbed his hand.
"They force me to do a horrible things!"
"Chinen-san, I'm sorry I..."
"I have to go..." Yamada pulled his hand and walked away from the house. Something still made him to turn around and look at the house. He looked in the window and saw small boy gazing at him with his sad eyes.
Yamada shut his eys and turned away, walking to his home direction.

"I wonder if he's okay. Did I do right when I left him there?"
Yamada doubt himself as he prepared himself to go to sleep.
Days passed, and little boy wasn't seen in school at all. Some people started getting worried and some didn't even pay any attention and didn't care.
At the same moment in Chinen's house. Chinen sat in his corner like a statue. Thoughts went through his mind. He lifted his hands and placed them on his eyes, few moment's later Mrs. Chinen heard her son screming.
''Yamada-san, can you stay for a little bit?'' Teacher asked his student as school was over and everyone were heading out of the class.
''Aah, hai.'' Yamada went to stand in front ot teacher's table. He gave his friends a sign that they could wait him outside. Teacher waited until all the students left the class room.
''You're Chinen-san's friend, right?''
''Yes, why?''
''I got a call from headmaster. He said that Chinen-san is in hospital. As Chinen-san's friend I thought to tell you about it.''
''Eeeh!?''
Yamada thanked teacher for the information and hurried to the hospital. He ignored his friends that were on the way as he ran fastly. He didn't know what happened to smaller that's why he didn't want to be late, if it's something serious.
''CHII!!!'' Yamada shouted as he opened door to Chinen's room in hospital.
''Yama-chan?'' Chinen asked as he heard a familiar voice. Boy was sitting on the bed with his hands placed on his lap and he was wearing a pale blue hospital shirt.
''What happened to your eyes!?'' Yamada asked as he noticed Chinen's head tied in eye area with a white cloth.
''I scrape them.'' Younger answered like as it was a good choise he made.
''Are you fine?''
''You're always asking that.''
''Yeah, I guess...'' Yamada let a bitter smile.
''I'm better than before.'' Smaller smiled to him with one of his sweetest and cutest smile.
''I don't see and thankfully don't hear them anymore.'' He continued.
''Demo... BAKA!'' Older exclaimed making his hands going into a fists.
''You'll be blind for the rest of your life.'' Yamada grabbed latters head.
''Yama-chan....'' Chinen didn't expect such a reaction from older. Suddenly he felt a pair of lips touching his own.
''I love you'' Yamada whispered with trembling voice as some tears escaped his eyes dropping on shorter's hands.
''Yama-chan...'' Chinen raised his hands carefully placing them on older's chuddy cheeks and whiping his tears away.
''Don't cry.'' He smiled but older didn't noticed it though he could feel it.
