I Told You! nsmetalhead November 27 2008, 03:43:48 UTC
Huh. Weird. I could have sworn that I told you that it wouldn't work well. When you don't eat well and your body is working out, it tends to eat away at itself and compensate itself in weird ways. (see: starving African bodies) Eating that little and working out is not going to work well. Talk to me soon and I'll give you a good diet to get the results you want.

You ass, it's got nothing to do with the DIET. XD You didn't even read my post! it's the muscle building throwing my weight on the scales off that's the problem, not the diet :P

And how do you know this, again?

I'm going to have to see some naked pictures in order to evaluate. ;)

Anyway, why aren't you on AIM?

Oh, I don't. I said, the fact that I can't drop this stupid pound is because of me fucking up my food. but, additionally, i am concerned that putting on muscle will throw my weight off. :3

NICE TRY, CLASSHOLE

i'm working hard and don't wanna be distracted by chattt.

This is what happens when you try to burn what you don't HAVE.

Like I said, I lost twenty pounds once. Lemme tell ya how.

And get on AIM, I told you I had something important to tell you over email. :P

Sorry, replied to same comment twice. Imma dumbass I know. nsmetalhead November 27 2008, 04:06:53 UTC
First of all, weight =/= fitness. Not one bit. You don't want to be a stick, where you turn to the side and you virtually disappear. Besides, putting on muscle and losing fat is not a bad thing. Even if it's a little muscle (long distance running), you need to eat. Once again, it is diet. Diet is much more important than you think.

Food doesn't always equal weight. I don't think you're consuming enough food to maintain or gain weight, so I wouldn't blame that. I think if anything, you're eating too little.

The fact of the matter is, if you eat too little, your body's metabolism will slow down so you don't burn as many calories. It's a survival mechanism, BB.

If you get up to at least 1000 calories by adding a lot of veggies and a lot of fruits, your metabolism will probably pick back up, and the likelihood of you gaining weight from those kinds of foods is slim as long as you keep the activity level up.

Ganbatte, babe!
