[In said meadow, a lanky young Absol with slightly fluffier fur then average and gray framed glasses still hasn't actually gotten up. Oh he's awake alright, looking at his paws like he's not sure what they are, but he hasn't tried standing at all.
In fact he looks content to lay there, watching the other people wandering around curiously]
[Tear was also watching all of the other confused looking pokemon. She was still coming to terms with her own change into a hovering, and sleek Milotic, but she had noticed one comforting fact: She was not alone in this new transformation. All of the others looked just as bewildered as she, and that meant that is was some kind of mass event, and her group should be somewhere nearby.
She was eyeing the Absol nearby. He was wearing glasses, and had a look of calm about him, more so than others anyway. She wasn't sure how she would really be able to tell who was who, but maybe this was her best bet.]
Hello? [Even if the bodies were too inhuman to tell anything, the voice was that of a soft spoken teenage boy. Souji watched the pretty snake/dragon approach with open interest but no real fear- being able to summon demons from one's mind had that affect]
[Well, that was definitely NOT anyone from her group. But there was no disappointment in her level voice. The fact that she was able to still communicate was a relief, and an indication that it really was possible to figure out this whole mystery, at least.]
Yes. My name is Tear. [She paused for a moment.] This may sound strange, but have you always been that type of animal? Were you ever human?
[That was the first thing, that came to Ruca’s mind as he woke up here. Because how could this not be dream? He was suppose to be aboard the airship, heading to the Tower of Dawn and more importantly... he should be human. Not a... tiny-bird creature. So, yes, this was most definitely a dream.
A very strange dream.
Though, thinking more about it, it seemed far too real to be one.
[upon seeing the other, the boy - I mean the tiny bird Pokémon is now even more worried than before. He backs away, only to trip over his own tiny, bird legs.]
Y-yes... I-I'm alright! [he doesn't sound alright, though. Looking down, he adds quietly:] I... I'm just... a little confused... [a little, huh.]
[Lavi's eye flashes open and he lets out a loud shout as he sits up. It's an understandable reaction from someone who was just thrown against a wall then woke up in a place he didn't recognise.
Wait, what?]
What the hell?
[He tries to get to his feet, only to end up flopping around like a Magikarp out of water. It's another moment before he notices the fur and the four paws, making him squawk slightly.
This isn't his day.
Lavi rolls over and just...lays there, all four legs splayed out as he attempts to take stock of what's happened. He remembered the Noah, being tortured... Then his hand touched...something.
Sure enough, off to one side is a small object that he pulls over with one paw to look at it. Now he's a small, russet-coloured animal - or an Eevee for those who are more familiar with what he is.]
Knew Noah were good at makin' illusions but this has gotta be the strangest damn thing I've ever seen.
[Tsuna glances over, not bothering to make any moves to get up from his sprawled position on the ground after 234902348024 attempts to get up earlier. Okay it was an odd looking dog-fox like animal but definitely a lot less strange looking than Tsuna.]
I-I don't think this is an illusion, as weird as it is.
W-Well, I did know someone who got stuck as an owl once but that was because he couldn't get back to his own body.
[Which was the fault of an illusionist so maybe Lavi had a point.
blinks, lifting a paw to look at himself again]
I do? I think I prefer being less orange though. And well, at least you look like you could pass off for a fox or something. Dogs don't usually have stripes.
[okay, lets try getting up again, the ring around his paw is actually quite annoying--and he doesn't do any better than Lavi because he's already faceplanting]
Ow. [rubbing his nose. That really hurt] I'm Tsuna--exorcist?
[a puzzled look crosses his face]
Like, banishing ghosts, that sort of thing? Because no, I'm not.
[When Tsuna wakes, it's with a surprised shout and a jerk of limbs--mindlessly he tries to scramble to his feet. If he had been clumsy when in his original body, he was even worse now. It didn't take long before ended up crashing into the ground with a groan.
What was going on? Silver gleamed in the corner of his eye and he turned to catch sight of his ring - only it was enlarged and missing the tinier ring that was usually attached to it.
And it was wrapped around a small, fuzzy orange paw.
[None of the other Pokemon (probably) didn't see Kaito's initial reaction to waking up, because he did it silently. Behind a rock. In fact, by the time he manages to calm himself down and attempt to talk to the other Pokemon, he only seems a little shaky.
Hopefully, no one would notice that glimmer of a monocle tucked underneath a feather.]

If you were transformed, then you should focus on standing first...it's not easy to adjust.

People don't usually change into...whatever the hell we are. [He looks over with a light laugh.] At least you look like some kinda regal dog.
[Which is more than he can say for himself.]
Mind over matter. Can't be that hard to walk on fours, right? A lotta newborn animals do it pretty soon after bein' born.
[He moves his hind paws under him and lifts up. He's standing, that's something! One paw in front of the other...and he's back on the ground again.]
They're also younger'n not trained to walk on twos... [Sigh.] Name's Lavi. You'n Exorcist, too?

Please calm down. I'm not normally a lizard. I'm human. Was one. I don't know what's going on here either, sadly.
[Maybe...maybe he can help distract him with small talk.]
I'm Minato Arisato. You are?

Oh, don't think that Kaito doesn't notice those glasses. Kuroba Kaito doesn't know the detective, though, so it would be better to play it off.
