YouTube suspended one of my videos, Passing the Hat, for copyright violation.  Not because I was swiping NBC's Heroes footage, but because I was swiping a Cold War Kids song.  ...Alright.  CWK's label probably brought it up, but isn't YT supposed to look out for NBC's intellectual property too?  Ah well, I ain't complaining.

For some reason NBC doesn't touch fan videos. If you use some music, you're fine. :P And more interestingly, they don't go after Heroes Unmasked videos too.

Really? I think they have in the past.

Woot on the Unmasked videos! Maybe they have a soft spot for behind the scenes stuff, or Anthony Stewart Head's voice.

I don't know why they suspend only a small amount of videos, this is reall weird...
Haha, I think they see HU as free advertisement! XD
