As NEWS fangirl, I'm in heaven right now. I got to see the DVD of their last tour, with more backstage scenes than a girl could wish for, and then I got to see them again on today's Shônen Club. Yappa tengoku ya!

Since I'm a bit more coherent now, here are some comments. If I knew how to sub, I would have done it - well, I kind of did a detailed

OH THIS WAS SUCH A GREAT REPORT!!! *_____________* Today was such a good day for NewS fans. So much material. I am just hoping it won't die down. ~_~;; But yesss!~~ There's so much to comment on. @.@ I don't know where to begin. @.@ I loved reading your explanations, and well, I like knowing what's going on. *laughs* Also, I TOTALLY WANTED KOYAMA'S PILLOW. (And I did kinda like Shige's fedora.) And and...Yeah, I don't think I can go on. *laughs*

It's really great that we get to see so much of NEWS at the moment! Funnily, though I'm totally excited on the one hand, I get the same feeling I got when Kanjani8 got more and more popular - as if they're going to a far away place. They ARE already far away to begin with! XD But still...

Wasn't there some show featuring Shige which was supposed to air in the beginning of August? I haven't seen it anywhere, though. :(

Seriously. I worry more about how we have this high of lots and lots of NewS content and then they'll disappear for the next few months and we'll not hear a word from them. That's what saddens me the most. T.T

Yes! He was supposed to be on that cooking show? Chu..bayo something or another? I read about it on Fin's site, but I haven't seen any uploads at all! He's supposed to be on other shows for the rest of this week, or something like that. @.@ I wanna seeee~

Well, NEWS will have that concert tour in Taiwan soon, so I guess they can't do much in Japan at that time. But I hope they get lots of coverage. And maybe the concert will be released on DVD?
I'm also hoping that in the winter season, one or more NEWS member(s) will get another dorama!

I wanna see Shige too! *is addicted* Let's hope there's a resourceful Shige-fan out there who'll upload the shows!

thank you for the detailed report!! My copy wouldn't arrived until at least Thursday but even then, I wouldn't understand most of the things said. So if you don't mind continuing this report, I'd appreciate it. ^0^

I think later on, Ryo caught the cold? I saw a clip of the gourmet tour part where Ryo-chan wears a coldpad.

They all seem to have caught a cold at some point, except for Pi. At least they're all wearing a facial mask, which of course could also be a protective measure.

lol oh how absolutely lovely! thank you SO much for this recap of the DVD~ it was delicious being able to see this sneak peek before everyone else...shige's sunglasses are absolutely gigantic, and i'm touched that koyama was brave enough to call his university in front of the entire concert audience! i'm glad that ryo broke his serious demeanor in trying to stuff his face with pi's help...and i agree that tego w/a ponytail is just too cute! ♥

All of them have this giant sunglasses. I'm always torn between finding them sexy and horrible.
In Koyama's stead I would have died! What if he hadn't made it? God, that would have been awful!

Thanks SO MUCH for the report!!! I really really want to watch it now (not that I didn't before)!!! Just wondering do the guys wear the sunglasses so that they don't get recognised outside?? ^__^;;

I think so, yes. And I guess wearing sunglasses also helps if they want to sleep a bit on the bus/car.
