The dentist is cool. I can't wait to see these pictures!

Ajfkf, it's been almost a year for me too. This fandom just goes at such a fast pace and there's new stuff happening all the time. I can't see myself stopping in the forseeable future.

Yay for the dentist? :D Your wish has been granted, see next (upcoming) post! :P

So much new stuff, my goodness. I need to do a flaily post for HnA #9, which was fabulously hilarious but also made me go all thinky about women's issues. The first half of the show I was dying over Jun's expressions and the expressions of his retarded, retarded bandmates and wondering how his revenge was going to go, the last third with the makeovers and appeal stuff made me kinda cringe even while I found it fascinating. At some point when I have time, capping and resizing for the internet takes a while and I am lazy. :P

I really loved your flaily post with gifs though. HOLY CRAP, MATSUMOTO JUN, EAT A FREAKING SANDWICH. OR FIVE. O.O!!

YES. That's something I basically didn't touch on in my post, because I felt like I was overblowing it in my head, but...idk. The makeover thing felt a little iffy to me, but then again, I understand that as much as I don't like it and feel that it's wrong, it's definitely not the pro-fem audience they're angling for. Which makes me a little sad, but. This episode was otherwise pretty awesome. I'm just glad that they had a bunch of fabulous older gals as the contestants, because they were each and every one awesome and strong and cute and hilarious.

Yeah, I really liked that the fans were older gals, not slinky young things (probably a smart decision on the producers side, to have more 'normal' ladies on who might be considered less serious competition in the fantasies of the teenybopper and twenty-something fans). They were super funny and good sports and having SO MUCH FUN with Jun, I could tell. :D :D

The makeover thing I keep seeing in other variety shows, and while the obsession with beauty and fashion is slightly understandable to me since it's such a feature in western shows and Chinese shows too, it still makes me go ick, because it's really not my thing personally. You must be beautiful (according to these standards here, or maybe here) to catch your man, etc. etc. *headdesk* But that's a rant for another time. Perhaps when I get around to doing a capspam of this episode, months from now. :P

Mutant wisdom teeth?? Wanna see! I am morbidly fascinated by these things ^^"

Oi. Entitlement complexes suck >_< But luckily, usually the good people outnumber those ^_^ (I'm eating lunch, so uncharacteristically sunny outlook alert ^_^)

Yay! I have about 3 months to go until my 1 year milestone!!! Congratulations on yours!!

I mostly just wanted to drop in and say hi!

Haha, you too? I'm easy, so I went and took pictures and uploaded them. See the next (upcoming) post! :D

Yay for food! Yay for a measurable blood sugar level, haha. Now I'm thinking of that post you made with Jpop idols and food and complexes. :P

Thank you~ Hi back, and um, belated but congratulations on your (and your partner's) degree! \o/
