I finally told (emailed, actually) my father everything.  I don't know if he told my mom.  I dread having to talk to them now that they know everything, but I just want all this to stop.  I want to know what it's like to not hate myself.  I finally am admitting to needing serious help.

I woke up this morning, looked at the clock, realized it was only 8:00, and went back to sleep.  Then I had a weird dream.
