I was organising my bookmarks when I thought I might as well make a rec list, everyone else seems to be doing it. These recs are Ianto-centric and organised according to recurring themes. Summary: 3 Chapters MUST READ Ianto is in a quandary, Jack and the Master are not making it easier. This is an alternative to Last of the Timelords. Tanarian writes so well it could easily take over the orginal script. But poor Woobie!Ianto *snatches and cuddles*. People just like putting him through the wringer don't they?

Summary: 4 Chapters MUST READ "Ianto Jones is a very different sort of boy" Well-written and emotive, my only beef with this is the Doctor's characterisation (does he have to be so hostile?). But otherwise, fantastic fic.

Summary: 6 Chapters and 3 Drabble Sequels Jack brings the Doctor back to the Hub to introduce him to the team and gets quite a reaction. Not as well written as others but its all good fun. Bit of Ianto OOC-ness.

Summary: Ianto is so much more than the tea boy and Jack's part time shag. Its crack, in my opinion anyway. Ianto's been lobotomised, in an oh so good way. Jack is hapless and its all a bit too fluffy. But it all makes for a kick-ass Ianto, something I need when after reading angsty offerings. Also there's a companion fic for Owen with an OMC, which is probably the most I've read with Owen as the protagonist.

Summary: Lynchpin and 2 sequels, Constant and Mythology all linked in the page above. A very good example of 'not just a tea-boy' fic. Well written and a fascinating read. Its very long though so be prepared to give up at least 3 hours to read this.
