I realize all of fandom practically worships the ground writer Ben Edlund walks on, but last night's episode was horrible. Full of plot holes, needless insults, and one gratuitous scene in particular that I actually changed the channel for. I didn't even wait for the end of the episode to delete it from the DVR. What a waste of 43 minutes.

I'm meeting my girlfriend's parents for the first time tomorrow when they come over to help out with all the little fix-it projects we have around the house ( Read more... )

Nick Lea is on Supernatural right at this moment, and he is looking really, really good! Wow, I've missed seeing him on genre TV.

Although...Nick is a bit mumble-mouth tonight. There's lots of 40's slang in the episode, so you're going to have to listen closely. But there are a lot of funny lines too.

Tonight's episode: Go Jersey! They even had the license plates right.
