I wrote a letter to make me feel better

There's nothing to be done about the stupid woman who hit my car, so I wrote a letter to the editor of the local paper to make myself feel better.

I would like to offer a sarcastic thank you to the young woman in a gray Toyota who welcomed me to Illinois by rear-ending my car and driving away in [local town] on the afternoon of October 18.
