In pain in the membrain

Last night's class was the most intense class I have ever participated in. We did a grand total of 81 push ups within an hour. I still can't think clearly enough to remember everything we did, but that could be the migrain too. When we walked out of that class I was so done I could barely think. The whole drive to Kristy's was pretty much silent

Dude, we're just just going to miss each other. My bus leaves Edmonton at 4:30 on the 19th!!!

it was hard to lift my arms to even do my hair this morning. ah well i am impressed that none of us complained.

For me it's not so much my arms as my armpits almost. And my legs don't hurt as much as I thought they would but they still feel funny.

I'm really glad none of us complained! It makes me feel better about doing all of it.
