This is my co-workers Tibetan Spaniel, Lulu. She was a rescue dog she's had for 5 years. They think Lulu's

Has she tried these?
I. D. Pet and National Dog Registry, have both been in operation since the mid-1960's while Tatoo-A-Pet joined them in 1972. The AKC, CAR (Companion Animal Registry) began in the 1990s.

It could be someone who doesn't know about the registries, and made up their own code. Police recommend that you id with your state driver's license number.

Yes, I found those links from a link someone on randompictures posted.
Someone else had a suggestion that she may have been in quarantine because she may have come from outside of the country.
I hadn't thought about the DL number.
