I need your help to solve a mystery.
This is my co-workers Tibetan Spaniel, Lulu. She was a rescue dog she's had for 5 years. They think Lulu's about 8 yrs old.
The mystery is. What does this tattoo on Lulu's belly mean? They've been to every group, Tibetan Spaniel organization and dog rescue she can think of to find out what the tattoo means or what it's for. Nobody knows.
Since this group has more than the usual number of geniuses. Evil and otherwise. ;>
I thought someone here would know or could find out.
